✨ Meet Izzy
I had the joy of getting Izzy ready at The Swan at Streatley before she headed to her local church to marry the love of her life, George. The celebrations continued at the beautiful Newington House, Oxfordshire.
Originally, I was already booked on Izzy’s date! But when the day suddenly became available, the stars aligned and I was so happy to be part of her wedding morning, getting herself and her beautiful friends and family ready for a day that was set to be such a blast.
✨ The Bridal Vision
Hairstyle: A low bun – no easy task with her incredible amount of thick, natural hair! With careful styling, we secured it neatly into place, creating an elegant & modern finish.
Makeup: All about glowing, bronzed skin… think J Lo glow! Paired beautifully with Charlotte Tilbury Runway Royalty lipstick.
Heirloom tiara: A stunning family heirloom tiara, passed down through her fiancé’s family, was positioned just above the bun and under her veil. This thoughtful detail added the perfect personal touch.
💄 Creating the Look
I created a luminous base to give Izzy that signature bridal glow, with bronzed tones enhancing her tanned complexion. The lips were finished with Runway Royalty by Charlotte Tilbury – one of my favourite nude lipsticks with a name to match her royal bride vibes!
Her thick, gorgeous hair was smoothed and styled into a chic low bun. The most special detail was placing her heirloom tiara, ensuring it sat perfectly with her veil while complementing the overall look.
🌸 Wedding Day Details
Izzy was such a joy on the morning of her wedding – full of energy and excitement. Her infectious vibe made the getting-ready process so special. The highlight for me? Her reaction when she first saw herself in the mirror.
She said, “I’m crying at myself and how beautiful I look!!” 💕
